Information we collect
We use contact details, recipient details, order history, account profile information, payment status, device and security signals, and messages you send to support.
How we use it
We use this information to process and deliver orders, send receipts and status updates, prevent fraud, provide support, improve reliability, and meet legal and accounting duties.
Payment information
Payment providers process Mobile Money and USDT transactions. We receive references and status information needed to match payment to an order. We do not ask for wallet recovery phrases.
Retention and account deletion
You can request account deletion from My account. We remove or anonymise profile data where possible, while retaining transaction records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can update your profile, choose whether to create an account, control browser storage, and contact support to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information.
