Using the store
You must provide accurate contact and recipient details, use a payment method you are authorised to use, and follow applicable law. Product availability, denominations, prices, and payment methods depend on the shopping country.
Digital products and regions
Gift cards may only work in the redemption region shown on the product page. You are responsible for checking the recipient’s account region and any brand-specific restrictions before purchase.
Payments and order expiry
An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed. Mobile Money requests and USDT payment addresses expire at the time shown on the order. USDT must be sent on the selected network.
Delivery
Gift-card codes are shown on the fulfilled order page and sent to the checkout email. Direct top-ups and bill payments are delivered to the recipient or account supplied at checkout and may not produce a code.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details secure. We may restrict activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, or intended to interfere with the store or its payment providers.
